This year’s event broke all records, drawing nearly 24,000 participants throughout the day and evening. It was an opportunity to raise public awareness of the vital role filters play in stormwater treatment by removing particles, organic matter, and microorganisms.

The highlight of the day, the “Build Your Filter” workshop, was a huge hit with young participants. By building their own filtration system using sand, gravel, and activated carbon, the children learned the basic principles of water treatment in a fun and engaging way!
